From Chaos to Calm
Learn essential self-care tools specifically designed to support teachers and their very demanding jobs. By incorporating practices inspired by the chakra system, participants can learn to:

Children’s Yoga: The Benefits of Bringing Yoga to Schools
Practicing yoga at school can positively impact students, from supporting their overall health, to helping their capacity to learn. Unfortunately many children struggle in school, whether it’s stress around their academics, their social life, or their ability to adapt and change in a busy environment. By practicing yoga sometime during the school day, students have the opportunity to exercise, breathe deeply and process any difficult emotions they may be facing. In addition, yoga promotes a student’s ability to focus and concentrate, which is beneficial when learning new material in school, as well as help with right/left brain coordination, which improves their reading and writing skills. Since yoga helps children with their mental and emotional health, it improves their social emotional learning, and as a result improves their relationships with teachers and peers.

Children’s Mentorship
The Children’s Mentorship experience offers a unique opportunity for kids to develop essential social and emotional skills while having fun in a supportive environment. Designed for children at the preschool and elementary level, this approach focuses on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills through engaging activities and personalized guidance.
Children’s Mentorship includes one-on-one sessions, and interactive activities that promote emotional intelligence, communication, and problem-solving skills. Each session is tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, and enhance their ability to connect with others.
Starting a new school year can be overwhelming for little ones and the mentorship experience provides a valuable resource for parents seeking additional support for their children. By participating in mentoring, children will learn to express their feelings, manage stress, and cultivate positive relationships, setting them up for success as they transition to a new school year.
Invest in your child’s emotional well-being this fall and watch them thrive in a nurturing and encouraging setting. Contact me for a free discovery call to inquire about Children’s Mentorship today for a fall season filled with growth, connection, and fun!
